We recommend you put these as recurring annual reminders on your calendar to help you best plan and not miss deadlines.

• October 1 - know what equipment, software or services for which you need to apply

• Nov 1 - Dec 1 - post your 470 or mini-bid

• Jan 10th - Be ready to Post your 471 when the window opens (you will have until the middle of March...but it's best to finish this early.)

• July 1 - June 30th - The E-rate Year

• August 1 - prepare to file a BEAR form, if appliable

• September 1 - file an extension if you will not complete your project(s) by September 30.
